Criminal Investigation / Criminal Justice

This is a concentrator course in the two-year public safety pathway designed to expose students to the Criminal Justice system and occupations while creating an awareness of criminology and social justice concerns.

This capstone course in the public safety pathway is designed to give students both theory and hands-on experience in the skills and knowledge required of a Criminal Investigator. Students will be introduced to a series of topics including response to crime scenes, analytical evaluation of evidence, and appropriate protocols for each phase of an investigation.
